Our returns and exchange policy is only applicable to products purchased from the Maison Balzac online store.
1. It’s ok to change your mind! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange with an other item, you can return it for a refund within 7 days. Please allow 7 days for processing. Please make sure sufficient care is taken in protecting the items during the return as we will not be able to refund items received broken. All returns and exchange are at the cost of the customer.

2. All items must be returned unused, unaltered and in original packaging.
3. You must advise us (bonjour@maisonbalzac.com) within 7 days of receipt prior returning your item.
4. Exchanges are subject to product availability however we will always do our best to accommodate you. The shipping of the goods back to us will be paid by you, as well as the shipping of the new items to you.
