our fascination for synaesthesia (and the five senses in general) lead us on the path of the jam lady, based in Melbourne. together we created a scent that you can eat: the one of quince fruits infused with rosewater. this jam is made by hand by lisa o'connor using only fruits and australian sugar. no additives, no preservatives, no added pectin. just the natural texture of the fruit and it is deliciously aromatic.
