Palamós Vase

The Palamós is a vase like no other – wrapped in natural raffia that evokes the elegance of a Mediterranean fishnet. Though inspired by the sea, it’s made to shine on land, especially when filled with fresh blooms. The raffia cover is handwoven in Madagascar by Tanora, a generations-owned atelier dedicated to preserving the cultural tradition and artistry of raffia crocheting.

Due to the handmade nature of this product, slight variances in shape, size and colour may occur. These variances are part of the inherent charm of handmade products, and should not be considered a fault. Any irregularities that may occur will never deter from the overall aesthetic of the product, or hinder its ability to be used as intended.

Glass Care:
All Maison Balzac glassware is dishwasher safe!

Remove the raffia cover before washing.

If washing by hand, gently use a soft bristle brush or sponge.

Avoid using strong alkali soaps, as these may damage the glass.

Take care not to bump glassware against hard surfaces or other vessels during cleaning.

Raffia Care:
Raffia is water-resistant; it can be wet without changing the integrity of the fibre. With a bit of gentleness, you can hand-wash it using mild detergent or soap. Please avoid any harsh cleaners as they may stain the raffia and cause discolouration. Rinse well under clear water and always allow to air-dry thoroughly. Sometimes, just a quick spot clean using a damp cloth will suffice, then allow to air dry thoroughly.
